The Wyndham Palace Resort and Spa in Downtown Disney is rated 4* by Priceline.
Please be aware that there is no guarantee that you will get that hotel.
The other 4* hotels are the Dolphin, Swan and Marriott World Center, I don't know if they have added more or not.
To be assured one of these hotels, pick Walt Disney World Vicinity 4* hotels.
I went last year and stayed at the Wyndham through Priceline, and got it for $55.00 per night with no bonus money. I have heard of people getting it for less.
Good Luck!

Sunfan:
You'll do best if you check out TravelSheryl's site for Priceline bidding. Read the Hotels FAQ to understand how to bid properly. There are a couple of tricks! The "going rate" for the Wyndham is a total bid of $53. I got it for $33 plus the expired $20 bonus. There is currently a $5 bonus. Of course, you could get another of the 4* hotels (Swan/Dolphin/Marriot Orlando World Center/Hilton) on your bid, so you should be prepared.
