I'm at a loss of words over this. Looks like my idea for a Wedway People mover crime drama is not too far off.

Or maybe those singing diarrhia people would be funny in a musical sitcom.:confused3

I actually think the ads are really funny, they crack me up--but that's in large part because they last 30 seconds. The joke will be old 5 minutes into the pilot.

It might be ok. Fish out of water comedies have always been successful. Think of Beverly Hillbillies, Alf, etc.

I think the commercials are brilliant! The premise has potential. I'm just wary of a TV show developed from a commercial.

We could use more good broadcasting and less lowest-common-denominator dreck.

Yeah, of the Gieco commercials, those are the worse. :sad2:
But, anyone else recall watching a show during their childhood called, "It's About Time?" (Comedy about cave people.) I am showing my age. ;) I was a kid and really liked that show. (Barely even remember it and don't recall much about it though.) Watching cave comedy as a kid and as an adult will be drastically different. I will pass, I am sure. (As I pass on watching Idol too. :snooty: )

I think a redo of the odd couple with the geco and the Aflack duck would do much better!

This explains why ABC is consistently last in the ratings. Lets take a 30 second commercial that is chuckle worthy at best and try to turn it into a 30 min sitcom. PUH LEASE!! Personally i would rather see a TV show about the "Scrubbing Bubbles" At least that way Disney could revamp the Tea cups to look like a big toilet bowl and have a matching ride

Maybe there is hope for a Nextel commercial-based sitcom featuring the guys in the office dancing to "Push It.":happytv:

In the premier episode Caveman Iger and Caveman Rusolo go to their old caveman buddy Eisner and discuss how they are going to let a posh cave building company, we'll call them Four Seasons Cave Builders, take valuable land from meaningless town folk and build a fortress. They of course will reap the benefits. Caveman Iger is seen yucking it up with Caveman Rusolo saying that making millions is so easy around here that... "even a caveman can do it".
