Tranportation to WDW from HIFS?

We have booked a kid suite at the HIFS the first week of November, and are very excited. This is our first trip to WDW and we were curious about the shuttles from HIFS to the parks, is it good? Were they frequent enough? And once you got into WDW could you use the monorail, buses, boats, etc to get from one park to another, since you weren't staying on-site?

The busses run on a schedule. I took one incase someone had a question.
Depart to AK 7am, 9am,11am,1:00, 5pm
Return 1:15, 6pm
Depart to MK 8am,9am,10am,11am,12,1pm,5:15pm Return1:20 5:30,7pm,8:30
Depart to Epcot and MGM 8:30am,9:30am,10:30am,11:30,1pm,
Return 1:30, 5:40,7:10,8:40,10:10
That should give you an idea of how often they run. Check at the counter when you get in.
