Woohoo!
Got a phone call from cast-a-way today.
They wanted to interview next week for carnival cruises.
I declined because I want to work at WDW.
So the guy "kinda" interviewed me on the phone and then gave me a time and date for a face to face interview in April!!
Woot Woot!
So excited, even though it's for a full year and not only a few months like I thought.
But not that I've got this opportunity.. I won't blow it!
mickeywho?

I applied at cast-a-way.com
Then they phoned me to give me an interview for Carnival cruises.... But I told them that I was interested in working in WDW.
So he basically asked me the questions on the online form. Then he gave me a date for the interview :)
;)
Did this answer your questions?
If anything... pm me and 'll make sure to get the answers to new questions :)
Have a great day!

Congratulations on the interview! My DS flew out to Calgary in November for the Disney interviews (He didn't want to wait for the spring interviews in our part of the country LOL). He's leaving in 9 days to start his year at EPCOT. He suggests that if you go to www.wdwip.com you'll find lots of good info on the discussion boards there. It's an unofficial site that present, past, and future CMs go to.
Good Luck with the interview. I believe the group presentation was a couple of hours and the one-on-one interview was only about 10 minutes.

How long did he have to give his final answer?
Do you mean how long did he have to accept the offer? He accepted it as soon as they called him. They contacted the applicants about 2 or 3 weeks after the interviews.
