Any recent stays at Comfort Inn LBV?

Looking at the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista for 4 nights any recent stays there???? Is it clean, how is the shuttle to Disney?

This may not be recent enough, but I was there in Nov for 3 nights. I was BARELY ever in the hotel and I think only paid around $40/night. My experience was fine, nice staff, clean hotel, clean room. Nothing extravagent, but that's not what I paid for. I did use the shuttles which worked out good for me.

Hi, We stayed at the Comfort Inn LBV this March, we also stayed in March '99, I go with the above message. Clean rooms, cheap, reasonably food (good buffet breakfasts, so-so buffet dinners), two pools. It has everything we needed and it was very near to Disney and Universal (using the back route). We would stay there again!

We would not stay here again if the price was free. Room was barley a room, not even a clock, no shampoo and 2 threadbare towels. The hotel was full of unattended teens. Our biggest gripe was with a sticky fingered housekeeper, we complained and nothing happened. We have stayed at Comfort hotels all over and always been happy, this was the worst.

We just got back from 5 nights there and it was great. This is the first time we've stayed off WDW property but it was a last minute trip and I couldn't get anything at Dis. The room was great, clean, well kept, no problems at all. I was actually amazed since we only paid $35.95 nightly. Pool area was very nice. We didn't use the shuttle, just drove the 5 minutes to the parks. Really convenient since it's just outside the WDW gates. Lots of good restaurants and fast food in the area, we didn't try the hotel restaurant. We thought it was very nice, even a refrigerator included in the room. My kids even said it was better than the All Stars, I agree.
