Has anyone gone fishing while in Florida?

We've been to Orlando so many times, husband and I, that we've decided that this 10-day trip will be a do-some-different-things trip. I think I want to try fishing.

It would be us and DD 7 so it would need to be a "family" atmosphere fishing excursion if there is such a thing (as opposed to beer belching and scratching, if you know what I mean).

So, where? How much? I want to go out on a boat to fish. It must be possible to avoid Disney prices. We'll have our own car. Any recommendations?
