Deluxe Rooms At Hrh?

Which would you choose if you were staying alone at HRH - 2 queens or a king bed? When I booked the room the girl who made the reservation told me the deluxe king was 520 square feet but when I went on the website it said it was 400 square feet and that deluxe double queen rooms were 500 square feet.It looks like the queen rooms have a couch.Has anyone stayed in both deluxe room types and tell me which is a better choice?

We have stayed in both and always requested to stay in the deluxe queen room. It is a lot bigger
