anyone using it. I am on the message board for the first time and it is SLOW, as is the DIS :(

Anyone have any tips for good places on the site?

I am on there and I do not find it slow. It really helped me lose a lot of weight 4 years ago but then I lost interst when they made you pay to look at the community recipe board! Recently my BIL signed up and he lets me use his password to look up recipes.

Try Dottie's Weight Loss Zone it is a good site with lots of great info. www.dwlz.com

Oh my gosh the memories!!! When I did WW in 99, I used to always go to dotties site. I forgot all about it until you just wrote that! Thanks I so am into this and gonna kick butt! :banana:
