2008 rates?

when do 2008 rates come out? can i book a hotel for jan 2008 now or do i need to wait until the rates come out? also can i expect them to be the same as 2007 rates?

You can book a room only reservation for Jan 2008 now. You will pay a deposit based on this years rates. When the official rates come out, you may need to add to the deposit, but may not. The rates will probably be out sometime during the summer. Rates will almost certainly go up, they seem to do so each year.

Last year the rates for 2007 came out in July 2006.

I'm booked, room only, for March '08. The CM told me to call back late summer for the '08 rates. (And another CM said July 1st.) :thumbsup2

I called today to get info as I am new to all of this.
We are going in June 2008. They told me that they do not know at this time when the rates will be available for 2008.
