Anyone else try this? I did. We will see what happens. I am always nervous to do the new ones without any feedback. I will let everyone know when/if I get credit and how easy/hard it is to cancel.

I just did this one too despite my problems with sellersclubhouse.com who are definitely NOT on the friend list right now.

Be careful...in reading terms and conditions you can cancel several different ways, but if you do it by phone they charge you $5 and if you do it by e-mail you have to send 5 days in advance. The only way to do it immediately is logging onto your account and editing your profile. Hope this saves someone some grief later on!

I actually raised the credits on this one. So those of you who signed up early for 7 credits will actually see 8. And it is now on the regular signup page at 8.

I also opened up Lifelock to everyone today, but the Super Member page still lists it as a little bit higher.

How quickly are these credits coming in? If it's a 7-day trial and you have to cancel 5 days in advance or pay $5, you really only have 2 days to cancel. So I'm thinking I do it tonight, and cancel by Thursday evening, correct? Am I figuring that correctly?

Where are you reading the $5 if you don't cancel 5 days in advance. All I'm seeing in the terms is if you cancel via phone you pay $5.

Yeah, if you cancel by phone it is $5.00. Other cancellation procedures do not cost.

This is through one of the advertisers that only posts transactions once a day. TT uses a lot of the same advertisers that we do. We may both be waiting on this one to update for today. I do remember that there was a delay of at least a day (if not a couple) from when I put up the offer to when they started giving us credits.

I'm sorry - this misconception is probably my fault. See JenK's post below that (correctly) states you can cancel online right up to the 7-day point.

Yes!! I decided to go into the site and take one more look after I posted here. My account balanced jumped by like $400 and I knew that we must have had a ton of these come through! So I posted them immediately. I don't want to jinx it, but this offer is converting better right now than any other big offer that we have.

Well...I hope I did not do a boo boo.... I cancelled today. I signed up for it 2 days ago. Was that too early to cancel??? I don't want to mess up anyone's chance to get credit. I read that I had to cancel 5 days before the trial was up. And I panicked!!! I guess if you go online, you don't have to do the 5 day thing, which I realized after the fact.

Cancelling was easy. I already got a cancelled number.

Thanks for the heads up! I went in and checked on mine (signed up 2/27) and it says I have 'til Tues. 3/7 to cancel. I'll probably do it before then just to be safe.

I did this one on the 26th got credited on the 27th and canceled on Mar. 1 and received my cancellation e-mail Mar. 1 also. Then today they have called me about 5 times wanting to discuss foreclosures in my area. I told them I had cancelled and didn't have the time to talk, so just be prepared in case you start having to field phone calls from them even after you cancelled.

You need to get a phone number through privatephone.com. I did this and use my PrivatePhone phone number on all sign ups. It's free. You ought to check it out. I originally learned about it through Netzero. I have free netzero email and a private phone account, which can be checked from the same inbox. I love it.

I still have dialup and only 1 phone line at home, so I use this number to forward my home phone to when I'm online. All I have to do is click the "check messages" button from my netzero message center to see if I have missed any important calls while online. If any of the reward site offers call me, I can just ignore them. They don't know the difference when they call because I've set up a personal greeting that sounds just like my answering machine at home. :thumbsup2

Okay, got it. Go to http://www.privatephone.com/more-info.html and get your free phone number. When you get your number, click to go on to the next page where you'll select your Member ID. This will be your new free email address @netzero.net (or .com, either works fine). When you get your confirmation page, read through it. It tells you all about how to set up your personal greeting and check your voice mail, etc. On the left side of the confirmation page, under the heading "Check your Voicemail Online!" you'll see a link. That link will take you to the Netzero Message Center I was talking about earlier – allowing you to check email and voice mail in the same Inbox.
This is probably clear as mud because I'm no good at giving step by step directions, but if you'll click on the link above, I think it's pretty self explanatory.

FYI: You can sign up for a free phone number from Private Phone. If someone calls your number, it goes straight to voicemail and then sends you the message via email. I use my private phone number for almost everything online now...no ringing phone. :goodvibes

I did get the confirmation email right away though. I used a yahoo email and I believe it came to my regular inbox (not bulk email). The subject said "Thank you for joining" and the sender was "Realtytrac". HTH!

ETA: Can you sign in at realtytrac? If so, I wouldn't worry too much about the confirmation email.
