Hi! I'm new here. I'm wondering if any of the DVC ladies here have tried out the free make-up application for DVC members at France, in Epcot. If so, please let me know what the experience was like, and whether you enjoyed it.
Thank you!

Some of the Men might try it as well. They are in most of the family pictures as well.:lmao:

When DVC first announced it, I called and left a message as per instructions.
Never did get a phone call back! And I never persued it further.

Gerlain offered this for a while. I did not do it, but I think I remember others posting that they had tried it. I do not believe it is offered now, but I could be wrong (again).

My DIL did this in January. She enjoyed it, but once she told the saleslady that she was only interested in one of the less expensive products, she turned her over to someone else, LOL!

I really like one of the Gerlain perfumes -- Samsara. It's my favorite. But, anyway, I sure hope Gerlain is still doing it in May when we go, and that I didn't miss out on it. I think there were a couple things you get for free.
Candace -- was it this January that your DIL did it?
Thank you for your help everybody.

Yes. It was about mid-January.

They were offering it when we were down a couple weeks ago (Feb 10th-ish). I was going to do it but figured they would try to sell me something outrageously overpriced and I would be foolish enough to buy and regret later-so I passed. :)

DW did this in January.
Yes the makeover is 'free', and you can get 'free' samples, but then we spent over $200 on products.....
Guess you 'pay' your money and take your choice really

Isn't that the kind of thing you can do at basically any department store makeup counter, Guerlain or otherwise?? The salesladies are only too happy to put the products on your face and hopefully sell some of them to you.
