Okay all, still no new envelopes. I am going to reuse the ones that I have. I have lots of Priority Tape that I will put on all the sides so nothing can slip out if manhandled.
I hate the thought of you all waiting for your items.

You're a little sneak though - you should've warned about the pictures! I had to scroll really fast past them. I don't like to look until I get my packages. I'll also link the photos to the Swap Gallery after I receive it.

Oh, I looked too, and don't usually look ahead. But, it's a good thing. I will definitely call my PO on Monday and ask them to hold my mail. I don't want anything to happen to this swap box. I doubt the carrier will even attempt to deliver because she won't want to get out of her truck in this weather.

I just got home and there was a notice in my mailbox that I have 3 boxes at the post office. I assume one is this swap so I will pick-up tomorrow, and post confirmation when I get it.

Yay!! I think I've finally succeeded in educating my mail carrier not to stick my boxes in the snow!! Her note said it was snowing too hard to leave (even though I had already requested that she not leave them in the snow).

We have substitute drivers who don't know what commen sense here. Driving rain is not a good thing to leave a box out on the driveway in. Especially when I have a wrap around porch.

Hey tell everyone here what happened on your little trip!!


Me? Well, it is quite a little story. We won a Dream! It was so exciting.

So, here's the short story version. We drove down last Friday for the P&P Party. It was quite good -- including some lovely rides and an amazing parade/fireworks display. We discovered that people definitely have different opinions on what constitutes "walk on". But, it was good overall.

But, Saturday we went to Epcot. We started picking up FPs for Soarin' and checked in for lunch at the Garden Grill. When the paged us, the waiter (Marcus) told us he was going to work some magic. Long story short -- we were Family of the DAY!!!!!! We got to see the characters (Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale) first for the restaurant and all together -- which no one gets. We also got "Tinkerbell" ice cubes in our drinks -- not usual for GG. Then, we got a special appetizer brought out by the Head Chef (yummy Sweet & Sour Ribs and Beer Potato Soup). We also were asked to do a note to them from us and we got a certificate acknowleging us as the FotD. Best of all -- a free fast pass that day to ANY ride in any park. We were so excited. I asked them to do a separate certificate for DD's friend (and her mom) who were with us and they were so gracious. It was amazing.

So, other than that, it was a nice day in Epcot. Not too busy. Lots of fun -- except for France trying to kill my child. :rotfl: No - she tripped and fell and hit her face when we were walking in France. It was okay. She's doing better now and all but one place seem to be almost healed now.

We had fun. I wish everyone good luck with their next trips. Found out today that mine is next Friday. :woohoo: :woohoo:

Wow! That is soooooo cool. We only saw people before us get dreams (we were at Imagination and they were giving out ears and they stopped as right before us. Phooey). We didn't get anything. :yay:
