 Hi Weight Watcher buddies!!! I have a function to go to on Saturday and I need to bring a side and a dessert, but I am drawing a blank on something new and WW friendly to bring. The hostess is grilling chicken and making an asian broccoli salad. I need some recipe suggestions if you have any. Thanks!

Sorry - I'm new - both to WW and this board (I hang out on the Budget Board), but have you ever tried their website? Otherwise, I use a website called www.recipezaar.com (you can search for "weight watchers" to find recipes labeled WW recipes.)

Good luck!

I have a delicious recipe for dessert. It's not Ww per say. And I'm not sure of the points. But it is low fat-

Cherry surprise/easy cherry topped cheesecake

Combine enough graham cracker crumbs to cover the bottom of a 13x9 in pan with a small amount of melted butter and little water.
Press into pan.
combine 2 packages low fat cream cheese
with one container Cool Whip (lite or Ffree) thawed
beat with mixer
add powdered sugar to taste (lose a few point there if you don't like it too sweet)

And then pour over graham cracker crust.

allow to set and then top with canned pie filling (lite if you choose) or anyother pie topping you like.

keep refrigerated.

I've made it with the low fat cheese and cool whip and don't tell anyone and noone ever knows. It usually goes over very well. It was my grandmother's recipe.

Trifle always goes over well. And you can do the same thing. The lowfat or sugar free pudding over low fat cake with ff cool whip.

HTH. Have fun at your party!
