Dropped my laptop...........

...........and now it won't work properly!! :sad2:
I tried to pick it up and it slipped from my hands and crashed to the floor.
My Intel Wireless adaptor isn't working - in fact it has disappeared from my hardware list completely. DH will take it to the Laptop hospital tomorrow....ie PC World :rolleyes: Hope it's not too serious.....I won't be able to cope without it!! I'm having a sneaky look using DH's laptop meantime ;)

You poor thing.

I tripped over the cord and my laptop fell off my bedside cabinet and I was sure it would break. I was so lucky that it was ok. I really hope you can get your fixed soon.

My advice: Keep at PC World!!! I asked them to send my Laptop to HP, since it was under their warranty still, and they said it was going to be away for 2 weeks. We check back two weeks later, where is it? On the shop floor. It hadn't moved at all... :sad:
