Medeival Times

Can anyone tell me what food is included at Medeival Times? I have searched all over their website and can't find the menu. Thanks ;)

From memory, the food is: vegetable soup and crackers; ribs and chicken with a baked potato (and PLENTY of it :eek: ); and apple pie. And no silverware!
