Ive never meet N*sync.. BUT like 2 summers ago i was coming home from my WD/disney cruise vacation and i was at the Orlando airport and all of a sudden this girl came running up to her mom freaking out. She was like "AJ, its AJ!!" and grabbed her mom and they went running off.. well i was like wow.. b/c id never met a celebrity before so i was coincidently looking at a mag w/ a pinup of them but neways the point is i got his autograph.. the sad thing is.. the only way i could pick him out is b/c of the mag pic--- and that he was giving an autograph.. so i guess i didn't really deserve to have the chance encounter b/c i wasn't that pscyched bout it but it was still pretty cool.. thats still no where near as cool as meeting all of N*sync 3 (!) times.. but hey its a start.. (and it WAS DW related!) so newasys.. any more chance encounters out there?

That is so bad! I love *Nsync and i have seen them 4 times. Guesws what happened to me though. *NSync was recording their X-mas video like a couple of years ago and they left two day before we came and we were going to come three days before they left but we cut it short because of school! All the CM's were telling me about it. I was so mad!

I met Ashley from O-Town a few times, because my friend who lives in Orlando was friends with him before he became big, and apparently she hooked up with him a few times.

All I can say is girls may find the boy bands cute but there music stinks. The fact is most of them don't write or play there own songs. All boy bands really are is guys that dance and can sing. There is not one boy band that are really artists. They are just boys that girls think are cute.

ok, thats crap.Where do you get off saying that! First of all, if you knew anything about *Nsync, you would know that they, infact do write most of their own music thank-you..and most of them can play instruments and are all very smart. In nsync JC writes alot of the music and has sang with other bands, Justin has acted in a movie and has his own foundation for music in the schools, chris has his own clothing line, joey just was in a movie On The Line, And Lance has his own company..So dont even say that about nsync or boybands in general..just because you dont like them, doesnt mean other people do..nsync like all the other boy bands in the world, have a lot of talent.Also, just because people like me like boy bands does not mean we dont like other music too...i like everything from P.O.D to Limp Bizkit.People are entitled to their own opinion, so I think you should just suck it up and shut up.:mad:

This happens a lot. People say stuff...but seriously, most of us have no idea what it's like to be in the music industry, let alone be an internationally recognized celebrity whose every action (almost) comes under scrutiny. These people deserve credit for being talented and working their ***** off, whether they're guys or girls. They don't deserve having their careers trivialized and written off, simply based upon a series of publicity. As a whole, it's a business...but the members of these groups <i>are</i> people, so we gotta treat 'em like people. Personally, I have no right to hate on any of the boy bands anyway, because what they do IS a good thing, regardless of what kind of music I like. You know what pisses me off even more? When guys, my friends included, joke that the guys in N'Sync, or Backstreet, or O-Town, or whatever, are gay. Who the hell do they think they are saying that, aside from the fact that it makes them feel good about themselves? The real question is, why do some guys NEED to do this in order to save face? I've got this 'Peace Through Music' bumper sticker on my car...i figure it means a lot more than having stickers from bands I dig, and it saves me explaining my tastes to naysayers. Let's spread the peace, not give people a chance to forget what this music exists for. This has all been said before, but for some reason I felt like saying it now, don't ask me why.
