Hello.........

Orlando has numerous excellent golf courses. The Disney owned courses are nice, but generally pricey. Some of the best in the area are: Bay Hill Club(very exclusive and pricey) Falcon's Fire, Orange County National GC, Celebration GC,Hawk's Landing, International GC. There are numerous others, as well. There are a variety of courses available, many in the high end of the price scale. Many of the tourist publications available at most hotels offer discount golf coupons. Be sure to check them out!!

Off site I like Orange County National, Southern Dunes, Deer Island ( a good hours drive though) and Falcon's Fire ( but I thought FF was a bit pricey). I know Celebration, Poinciana and Highlands Reserve all get good reports, are less than 30 minutes drive from WDW and offer good value for excellent courses. Most of those courses have websites for further information.

Disney's courses are WONDERFUL championship standard courses but are a bit expensive to play more than a couple of times. Both on-site and off-site courses offer "twilight" rates which are much reduced and usually start about 3.00. Some off site courses will do "mid week" specials as well.
