Using vacation planning services??

If you were staying on site and wanted to use vacation planning services to assist you how far in advance would you phone them? I would like them to help me book some PS, a tour and try to get Fantasmic balcony seating. Also do you then have one contact person that you deal with or do you have several people booking things for you (as I know different things are open for booking at different numbers of days before your stay.)

I called them today and I am about 90 out. I booked my limo and baskets for DD. I will call in about 20 days and they will take care of everything else. You can talk to anyone there, but if you develop a relationship, just ask for that person. They are very very nice. It is one of the things I miss the most when we go to WDW. They are the best!
