I was reading about this in Simon's book and it sounds interesting. How is it? How much is admission?

Barry, you'll get all the up-to-date info on their excellent website www.foreverflorida.com. (http://www.foreverflorida.com.) It is a bit out of the way, hence not that many people find it, but it is a slice of real (and historic) Florida.

Forever Florida is really wonderful, if you're into a quiet nature experience. Admission and parking are free, but there is a charge for most activities. The one thing you probably will want to do, the coach tour of the wilderness (about two and a half hours), costs $28.
I've posted a complete review of Forever Florida with prices for all activities at
