Has anyone ever eaten there? What did you think? The menu looks good but I rather have others opinions too.

YESSSS!! We love the River Belle for breakfast. The kids and I get the MM pancakes and dh gets the Mark Twain plate. He fantasizes about the breakfast potatoes on that one. We usually go there at least once for breakfast each trip.
We have eaten at dinner before but not as often. I had the turkey sandwhich and it was pretty good. I think Dh had some chicken dish. We remember liking breakfast much better.

This has been a must do for my family for a dozen years! Great for
breakfast or lunch, but you must sit outside on the river side.

Yes agreed on that one. Unless it is pouring rain sit outside. I love the feel of eating outside there!

I love having breakfast at the Riverbelle Terrace. I have had several lunch and dinner meals there too. The BBQ salmon dinner is great, the soups and salads are good, and sandwiches too. The huge fruit platter always looks so good, but I've never ordered it.

I love to eat there...breakfast is great and I love their BBQ ribs and chicken platter...it reminds me of when they had Big Thunder Ranch BBQ back in the day....

We always go at least once for breakfast too! The pancakes are so good and we have ordered the fruit platter for the kids to share and it was great. I think it is one of the "best buys" for a family as the prices are reasonable.
One tip though, if the line is out the door toward the river, go around the other side and double check! We always do this and often find no line on the other side-can't figure out what people are thinking-lol! The only down side is that they don't have real creme for coffee, they have those fake creamers in the little plastic tubs-yuk.
This is also a good place to get a drink of water anytime, you'll notice by the coffee stuff a water fountain with cups and everything!

Is Riverbelle Terrace a Sit down (need a PS) or a Quick service? I have found two websites that contradict one another. Any help would be appreciated.

It is not exactly a counter service, more like a buffeteria where you stand in line with a tray and pick out your food but you do sit down at tables inside/outside to eat!

This sounds fantastic... ok this is a definate must do breakfast. Im thinking of going a few times if its that good. Should I make reservations then? Is that the best idea? Or do they not take resies?

No ressies. I think it seemed more crowded on EE days, but I agree, check both sides of the line before settling on one.

We always laugh at this too. One line will be huge and the other there will be a lonely CM sitting at the register waiting. I feel like I'm cheating when I go in that line (and I kinda like it):thumbsup2

We ate dinner here Saturday night. There were plenty of open tables as the Stage Door Cafe was closed, so we had a nice table along the rail closest to the river. I was a bit disappointed in the bussing. Trash and un-bussed tables a bit too frequent and sticky spilled soda on the ground.
Foodwise, my DD12 loved the rib plate. DD17 got the clam chowder in sourdough bread bowl and enjoyed it but complained about the lack of a pat of butter for the excess bread. I got the grilled chicken salad plate and it was pretty good. I especially liked the grilled peppers.
DL was very crowded, not so the Riverbelle Terrace. Other than messy spots that weren't in any danger of being cleaned in the near future, it was a nice late afternoon dinner.
