:goodvibes I apologize up front if I am not posting this in the correct forum...
I'M SO CONFUSED! lol :confused3

I have old tickets and want new tickets... what's the best way to do this??

Upcoming trip in June with me, DH, DD - want to have 8 days available for the parks, with park hopping, and water park and Pleasure Island options...

Currently holding:

1996 (yikes) 2 passes - 2 days remaining on each non-expiring...
2006 3 passes - 3 days remaining on each non-expiring

How do I make these into 3 passes - 8 days - park hopping/water parks/Pleasure Island/non-expiring? lol Is it even possible?! Where/whom do I go or see?! (We will be staying at the Dolphin in June)

Thank you! As I said, I'm SO CONFUSED!! l

Singingmom, I have a similar question myself. Unfortunately, I don't know the answer either. May I suggest that you post your message on the Theme Parks Attractions & Strategies Board (http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2)? I'm sure somebody over there will be happy to help you find the answer to your question.

Don't trade them in, use them. You lose value trading them in on new tickets.

Are they park hoppers already? I would have one person use them and buy the rest the things you want. You may then have to pay for a water park on day though if you chose to go. But I have looked into my olde tickets as well, and it doesn't seem worht doing anything much with them at this point. Mine only have one day left though, and 2 are for kids that are now grown and won't be going with me for the msot part probably ever again.

I'm finding the consensus is to use the old tickets as they are, and just purchase what else we need for the rest of the stay.

I wondered if you were able to use the old "credit card"-like tickets that I have from 1996 at the entrance gate, or if you had to trade it in for the current looking ones, but it seems I can use them right at the gate.

I was told you can use them at the gate, but they may upgrade it there to a current one. And they may also scan your finger so that the card can only be used by that person from there on.
