Hi all,
We will be staying in a Cabin at Fort Wilderness this Easter - does anyone know if the Cabin bathrooms have a 110v/240v shaver socket ? (I need to plug in a camera charger, but it is 240v only !).
Thanks !
Dave

We were there last month and the outlet in the bathroom of our cabin didn't even work. I had brought a night light and it wouldn't light, so I tried other things and neither plug would work. It was just a regular outlet as far as I could tell. We plugged the camera/cell phone chargers in in the kitchen. I am not sure what a shaver socket is???
Welcome to the DIS though:hippie: !!!
I'm sure someone can answer your question!

Thanks Laceemouse - lots of hotel bathrooms have a socket in the bathroom for plugging in electric shavers - they are usually dual voltage, ie. with a 110v and a 240v socket - it's the only way I can think of getting UK standard 240v without having to buy and carry a converter !
