Hi Robin!

I'm definitely planning to be in Arlington again this year. I hadn't realized it was getting so close to time to watch their website. Watching this snow fall today makes me glad to think about summer.

I keep in touch with Denise a little. I know she's planning to come back as well.

I'm looking forward to seeing you there! We'll have to compare schedules when the class information comes out. My "fewer classes means more time for shopping" plan worked pretty well last year, but I imagine I'll want to do all the crops again.

Unfortunately I just realized I probably won't be able to make it, even to the crops. And I really want to go!!! http://www.smeechy.com/MySmilies/tantrum.gif I was planning to leave Ian at home and just bring a little stow-away with me to the crops. But I don't think I'll be allowed to drive yet.

I'm still trying to figure something out, though I'm not sure what. I love meeting up with everyone for the crops, and getting a little "me" shopping in too. No matter what I don't see classes in my future for a few more years.

Of course there's nothing listed to review yet. :(

I have gone to the one in Chantilly, Va. for the past 3 years, and loved it!!! But this year I am doing a scrapbook cruise, and I need to save $$$$ for that. I spend way too much at that convention.

We went last year and in 2005. 2005 was far better than 2006. My friends and I left pretty disappointed. We didn't find anything there that we couldn't find at our LSS. Probably would still go to check it out.

My sister-in-law mentioned the one in Grand Rapids to my brother to tell me, btu of course he really didn't know very much. Stupid brother! Sounds interesting. And I know we're free that weekend since I have nothing currently scheduled for July, but do I really want to spend that much time with my SIL? :scratchin

Robin, let me know what you want to register for and I'll plan on getting you there. I can't do the crops on Saturday / Sunday but the other days are fine. I'll shop on the same days I go to the crop. I don't think I'll plan on any classes this year.

Thanks Janette. I'm not sure what I'm going to do right now, but I did talk to my doctor about when I'd be able to drive again. He said 2-4 weeks, basically when I don't hurt anymore. So it looks like I'll probably be able to drive by then, and bring Squirt with me too. ;) I'm thinking just a crop, maybe two. Of course it all depends on how sleep deprived I feel at that point. But I'm definitely not planning on any classes.

Speaking of, it looks like registration is delayed until tomorrow...

Hi Robin and Janette!

I wonder if registration will really start tomorrow or not. It's been put back twice now!

I've exchanged e-mails with Denise and she knows that she and Leta (with Leta's friend that came with her last year) will be there the whole time again.

I sure hope it works out for you both to be there. I'm sure I will sign up for all the crops again if Denise agrees to stick around Saturday night.

So whichever of the others will work for you would be great! I'll probably do a few classes, if there are some that are interesting. The more years I go to GASC and the CK Convention that's been in Tulsa the past two summers, it seems there are fewer and fewer new things to see.

Be sure to post again when you decide what will work for you. I'm looking forward to seeing you again!

I signed up a little while ago for the Saturday night digital scrap during the Arlington convention. I'm really looking forward to it! :thumbsup2
