HIFS ***Need Best Rate for July***

We are trying to go back the 3rd week in July, around the 15th. We stayed in December and found a rate of 69.90 on hotel kingdom.com and now the cheapest I can find is 138.50 which I believe is worth every penny. Have tried vtrip also, please help. Thanks :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

They do have cancellation restrictions & penalties.
