It's a snow day (woohoo) but I'm bored. I haven't really had lunch yet and we're out of tomato soup, which I banked on having.
We *really* need to go grocery shopping-as a result of this, we have few fresh vegetables (like we have a head of lettuce and some celery), only bananas as fresh fruit and only ham (and I think tuna) for lunch meat. I'm all hammed out because I had it for breakfast!
What I need is some good ideas for lunch starring a protein so that I don't continually munch on everything in the house! :)
