If I go to the counter to get my full size reserved car. Will I get a full size? I don't want to take a chance on going to emerald Aisle and not finding one? Plus I wouldn't be too happy if I reserved and paid the full size car rate and had to get something less.
Thank you

Although I have read posts saying so, I have never, ever, not gotten what I reserved. I always use the EA, what's the point of it if I have to go to the counter?

Even in the instances where folks had to (or opted to) take a downgrade in what they had reserved, their rental rate was adjusted accordingly. It would be illegal for any company to charge you the higher rate when they gave you a lesser car than reserved.

I had a full size car reserved 2 weeks ago through Emerald Aisle. There were no full sizes on the aisle, just intermediates (some looked even smaller than that). So I went over to the full size aisle, they had about 15 cars there and took an Olds Intrigue with no problem. Even though my reservation said full size, I noticed on the receipt that it said I was charged for an intermediate (intermediate & full size are usually the same price). It also said car taken was full size.
