can anyone help me! I live in the uk and wondered if i could buy the tickets on offer on the us website? i also wanted to know if these $85 tickets include entry to the mardi gras?
Idont want to get too many tickets as we're only there for 2weeks.

Yes, you can buy them and pick them up at the park. They will include Mardi Gras. On the website, when you are ready to check out, there is a little box to tick for international users. Click that and the appropriate billing page will come up.

I live in Ireland and I bought the $85 special offer tickets off the Universal USA website with no problem. Looking forward to our trip in late April.
