Hi All,

I'm hoping to get married in April 2008. I'm travelling to Orlando in April this year and would hope to at least get the date set and as much organised as I can.

As Im travelling from Ireland and will have 50 guests I really need to secure the date and get 'planning' ASAP.

Can anyone out there please give me some advise on what exactly I can have planned before I go this April? I have my wish book completed but where do I go from here......

i think your first stage would be to phone DFTW and arrange a planning session. some locations cant be booked til 8 months out, so you may have to ait a couple of months before you've got a definate date. phone them and ask if you can have a tasting session while you're there too. if you have chosen your dress/colours etc, take swatches, this may help you when you're out there deciding stuff.

we are planning our wdw wedding for oct 08 and are planning to go out this oct but dftw have told us we cannot do any planning sessions as we wont have a contract signed, I'm hoping to book and get the contract signed while we are out there as we wont be able to fly back over before the wedding
