I just bought it today at Target and I am going to start using it on Monday. I am a big fan of Tae Bo. Has anyone had good results from this workout. I also want to get his Fatburner workouts. I can't wait to start.

I have both bootcamps and really like them. As a fan of taebo you shouldn't be disappointed. Though I wish they were for an hour not the 45 minutes.

I know it may be too early to judge, but I had to ask how you liked the work out?

I got very good results, I just have to stay away from potato chips, they kinda detail things!

Hey, thanks for asking! I am undecided on it. It's not like his other workouts. Kinda slow to me and the routines are a lil hard to get but, I sure do get a sweat from it. I think I might try his fat burner DVD instead. I like the more jump around and move around workout girl. The first time I did it the Billy Band came off my foot and whacked me in the face. It was funny and something that would only happen to me. :rotfl:

Glad you didn't get hurt though and that you may still use this for some of your training.
