I agree 100%. The Magic Kingdom view at the Contemporary is a fantastic view & in my opinion it's the best view you can get at Walt Disney World, even if some people complain about seeing the parking lot & etc.

We really enjoyed our room. This was our first stay at the Contemp.
I will post pictures later this week.
We got a good rate. Due to that I was hoping for a decent view, even though I paid for MK view. I was figuring the worse room view available.
Our room was on the 10th floor, nearly in the center of the building by the elevators. It was a great location!

Our room was very clean and appeared to be fairly newly remodeled. There was a large flat screen TV, full internet (free) access, a small frig, iron, etc. All the comforts of home, without the stress. :) :lmao:
The entry is the first photo. This is entering and looking back to the door. (Marble flooring in bathroom and entry.)
Not a enticing shot. Just showing the bathroom is to the left, and three storage areas are to the right. At the far right is a closet, with typical suitcase stand. The mid section is storage on the lower portion with coffee maker, condiments, frig, glassware, etc. Countertop holds ice bucket, etc. Nearer to me is also another storage closet with iron and ironing board. (An extra heavy blanket too.) Dark wood frame with glass or whatever opaqey translucent material covering most of the door.
The inside light switch lights up the closet areas.

Double sinks. Lights also in the border of the mirrors. There was another small room for the tiolet too.
(Sliding doors on everything that matched the front entry closet doors.

We thought was a nice extra touch was each bathroom area had a motion sensor night light.

This also included a small surfboard shape table on wheels. (Surfing... Internet... cute ;) ) Lots of space and it was a nice airy feeling. The room overall really was larger than we expected.

I don't know why I did not take a photo of the bed. But it was a nice roomy, soft bed, with a multiple layer padded headboard. Over each side was a small receded light, each with their own dimmer switch built into the headboard. :thumbsup2

Great pictures you took. Looking at them brings back memories of my stays at the Contemporary since they renovated the rooms & it gets me even more excited for my families next stay there this coming August.
