..Mis-hear song lyrics before??? :)

In the song "Big Yellow Taxi", I thought that they said "A Pair of Brown Eyes, some beer and a parking lot" instead of "They've paved Paradise, and put up a parking lot". :rotfl2:

Also, for some reason the people at my school thought that in "SexyBack", they thought that he was talking as if someone had a sexy back!!! :rotfl: :rotfl:

I always mis-hear lyrics, for years I thought in summer nights from Grease it said drift out to sea rather than ripped at the seams. :rotfl2: There are loads more these pop stars should learn to sing properly, how old am I?????:rotfl2:

There's a website dedicated to twisted lyrics it includes such gems as Abbas Super Trouper " I was sick and tired of feeling thin, when I called you last night from Tesco..." :rotfl2:

Personally I loved The Kooks " I love Herbie '*** she moves in her own way"

The line from Blue moon:

"By the light of the Moon"......"Babble Eyes the Mule".

----------------------------------------------------
Suzy Quattro

"Down at Devilgate Drive"....."Down in Dimbleby Drive"
----------------------------------------------------

The Monkees

"When I needed sunshine I got rain"....."When I needed sunshine on my brain"
----------------------------------------------------

...and my favourite:

Bonnie Tyler, and I don't care what anybody says, it still sounds like: "It's a Hard Egg" to me.

Do you remeber Macy Grays 'I try to say goodbye and I choke, try to walk away and I stumble, though I try to fight it, its clear, I blow bubbles when you are not near'

Then there's the classic one by Desmond Dekker - "Me Ears Are Alight".

I always thought he was singing "Get up in the morning slaving for bread sauce" :rotfl2:

another mistaken lyric from Madonna's Material Girl, "Some boy kiss me, some boys hug me, I think they're all gay"

and another, from Shanias 'That don't impress me much' "I can't believe you kiss your carving knife."

:listen: :listen: :listen: better next time!

I always mis-hear The Red Hot Chilli Peppers "Zepher" - I'm sure he's singing "fy away on my cell phone".

Grace Kelly - Mika
