Returned from a wonderful 10 day trip on Feb. 2nd to a below zero Pittsburgh :eek: I would have posted sooner but my fingers have been frozen !! One morning my hubbie and I were at the front of MGM about to head for the rope drop and a bellhop walks up and asks us if we would like to be the first guests to check into the hotel this morning :banana:
TOT is our favorite ride(slight lead over HM) so I start grinning fom ear to ear :woohoo: and my husband almost drops the video camera! Kellen (the bellhop) takes us through a gate backstage and leads us to TOT. We walk through filming and go on all alone before the rope drops. He gave us a dreams certificate at the end. About 4 minutes after we came off the other people started coming through. Needless to say we bought the photo :yay: :yay: :yay:

We got to do that at Haunted Mansion! We were "honorary caretakers" and had to open the doors for all of the other people. Went in throught the servants entrance and everything! It was funny because th eCM forgot to tell us that the doors opened out, so we couldn't open the doors- then we were all giggles when the other people cam ein even though we were supposed to be pretending to be very serious. My only regret is that we were too excited to get a picture with our CM :( Maybe he will be there when we go back. Congrats on your experience!
