Are they still doing this at the Princess Shop in Fantasyland (in the Castle)? Is there a place where we can get a schedule? Or is it just day by day?

I beleive the Princess Fantasy Faire has taken over, and there is not more storytelling.

Ariel's Grotto is still a great dining option for little princesses!

There is storytelling at the Princess Fantasy Faire (Fantasyland Theater). I was able to watch Snow White tell her story to a group of small children. It was really charming. :)

I don't know the times, though, and I do not know if they're posted.

Do you mean Ariel's Grotto where Ariel does meet & greets in DL? Or Ariel's Grotto restaurant for the Princess meal in DCA? Either way, they are both still up and running.

The Princess Faire has taken over for storytelling, so they'll need to head over there and check with a CM for a schedule. They don't publish one, so you can't tell ahead of time what time each of the events will be happening.
