Please don't tell me I missed out!! Had to wait for tax refund and went to purchase the adult/child free tickets on the Uk site just now. When I try to click "Begin Purchase" it takes me to a page with gobbledly-gook and says there is a "runtime error." Does this mean the site is down, my computer is funky, or they aren't going to let U.S. residents order these anymore?

I was really counting on these tickets. :-(

No problem for me. It's still there:

Hi,

Thanks for checking. The offer is still there for me too. It is only when I click on "begin purchase" to actually begin the process of purchasing, that I get the error page.

This is part of what i get in case anyone knows what this means:

Server Error in '/webstore' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

OK, I went clear through to checkout without a problem. It seems it must be a problem with your computer or your web browser.

Thank you. I'm relieved that you wrere able to get through.

I tried over and over to no avail. Something must be screwed up on the computer, but what, I wonder? :confused3 I was able to check out on other sites.

However, I'd rather have it be something with my computer than have the deal be pulled. I can always go use my neighbor's computer if I have to.

Thanks again,

Mary

Clear your cookies and try again. Sometimes just closing the browser and opening it again will work.

:dance3:

Finally!!! I was able to get my tickets on the UK site after rebooting, and then clicking around a bit. At first, it still was acting up for me, but eventually I got through and was able to order. What a huge relief!

Thanks for the responses and the suggestions!

I was just coming in here to post that rebooting sometimes fixes browser issues. Glad you got it figured out.
