What happens if you've already booked and a great deal comes out later (ex. free DDP)? Are we stuck with what is booked or does the deal get extended to us as well? Do the people who book and prepare far in advance get left out on these? We are going 12/5-12 and staying at the WL. Any feedback would be welcomed!

As long as the discount block of rooms are still available you can apply the code.

You can apply the new discount if space is available, however, you only get one of the discounts.
For instance, if free dining is announced for my dates I will call and try to get that because the savings would be greater than the 40% off room rate I got in my MYW package. But I will have to give up my great room rate to get the free dining.

Will the change of pkg cost you money; say $50
I still don't have the rules set straight in my mind if you want to change your ressie. Can you clarify?

I believe if a change is made 44 days or less prior to your arrival, there is no fee. Unless you booked through a travel agency that has their own change fees/policies.

Change fees apply within 45 days of checkin. Prior to that, there is no fee.
