Help!!! Can't Get In Contact With ******** And We Leave Tomorrow Morning

I'm getting a little worried. I went to call ******** this morning and it tells me this number has been temporarily disconnected. I was calling to confirm our pickup tomorrow morning and to give rabbit some time changes. I did try calling both the 800 # and the 407# and they both say the same thing.

I've been reading some great things about them here so I am so hoping that we are'nt going to be at the airport tomorrow with no transportation. Hopefully its just the phone lines but I did email rabbit but so far nothing.

Hope someone can help as I'm starting to get nervous. Is there any other number I can call? Thanks

Don't want to sound negative, but if possible, I would make other arrangements. We have always used Tiffany and never had a problem with them. I know others have posted problems lately, but we have always been happy.

Just an update. I knew rabbit would'nt let me down! I literally did try calling all day and finally got a hold of him tonight. He said he's been on the phone with the phone company for almost 2 hours and was wondering why he was'nt getting any phone calls. I figured it was probably something simple like a line being out but I panic if I can't confirm things.

Rabbit was as nice as all of you have said and he even said he would be picking us up himself! I was hoping so from all of the great reports I read here.

I so much more looking forward to the transportation this time! Last April we had a towncar and we were so scrunched with all of the luggage and people so I'm really looking forward to having a big van with alot of space!

Thanks alot rabbit for being so nice and I'll be sure and let everyone know about our experience when we return. I'm expecting nothing but great service!!:)

:) Just got back and used ********. Rabbit was great and was always on time and reliable. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
