Can banked points be rented? What about Borrowed points?

When you "rent points," you are basically just making a reservation - like you would do for yourself - but in someone else's name.

If the points are available for the desired reservation - whether banked, borrowed, or current - then it can be made, regardless of whether it's in your name or someone else's.
