Actually, Massachussetts' record cold temperatures were only -1 to -7 degrees in 2004, which broke records that were well over 30 years old. Oh, and with the wind chill, it was about -15 to -20. And today, the high in most of Massachussetts is 10 degrees, with wind chill of -5 to -10. The schools around here closed because the wind chill was -20 to -25, which is definitely colder than normal...and colder than Massachussetts. I hope you get a snow day too, as this weather moves eastward toward you!!

See, I'm a big loser who would really prefer to go back tomorrow! As it is, we don't have a break at Easter because of the October storm and our district's ridiculous policy for making them up. We already have vacation plans and I'll already have ton of work to make up, as it is. Besides, the Super Bowl smacktalk (part 2, of course) and Monday morning quarterbacking doesn't mean as much on a Wednesday! ;)
