Is it possible to get DDP credits linked to each card?

I mean, instead of each card showing the remaining credits for all the people in the room?

We are traveling with friends, and my MIL with my 4 yo nephew, and my friend who lives in San Antonio with her 4 yo will share a room. They don´t know each other, both are on a tight budget, and I don´t know if they will really "get" the dining plan, so I think it would be great to be able to separate their dining plan credits so no one will go over their allowance.

Has anyone been able to request this?

No. The room adults are pooled and the room kids are pooled.

Unfortunately, each room's credits will all be pooled together and cannot be separated. What you can do, though, is stop by the resort's concierge desk any time you want and ask for a printout of credits used. You can then go through the list and figure out who used which credits where. We did this several times during out last trip, just to make sure everything was adding up the way it was supposed to. It's even easier to do this reconciliation if you remind everyone to hang on to their receipts.
