I was just thinking when I tried to reserve a Mini-van by calling EA I was told I would have to go to the counter? I did book on-line through EC, so am I O.K.? Thanks, I stay confused!! :)

If your printed confirmation sheet says "level of service: Emerald Aisle" then you are ok. If it says counter than you have to call and get them to fix it. That's what happened to me.

You should have been able to book a mini-van using the Emerald Choice option available through Emerald Club. This way you do not have to go to the counter, you just go out to the garage and pick a van out of the mini-van aisle (not the Emerald Aisle). I assume you are picking up in Orlando, not all National locations have Emerald Choice (see their website). You may want to call them back and confirm if you need to go to the counter.
