Waitlist help

We have a reservation at our non home resort BWV for 5/30-6/3. We are waitlisted for 6/4-6/5. How does that work? Do I need to call once or twice a week or does MS call you when it becomes available?

They will call you. If you authorized them to take the room without calling, they'll do it and contact you after. I usually ask them to call me before (to check with me again) and make the changes while I'm on the phone with them. The downside to this approach is that if they call you and leave a message and they don't hear from you within 24 hours, you don't get the room and they cancel the waitlist.
