Points question.

My use year is June. If I now book a room for the night of May 23 in order to hold it for my sister, and then she decides to do a five night package at the All Stars instead of a four night, and I cancel the night, do I have to use those points by May 31 or can I bank them as long as its by Feb? Since it is Memorial Day weekend, there is no availability for the whole five days in a studio, or she could just stay at the BWV with us.

I don't understand how booking then canceling works. Thanks for any help you can give me.

That would depend on when you cancel. If it is in the last 30 days before the ressie, the points would go into a holding account.

With a June use year, you can bank 50% of your annual points by Feb 28, 25% by March 31. This assumes the points you are using are June 2001 points. If you borrow June 2002 points and then cancel, they must be used by May 31.
