Dream giveaways during Extra Magic Hours?

Anyone seen or won anything during the EMHs or has it generally been during normal hours???? The mornings seem to be the main times.

The official rules say that most acutal prize awards will take place during the hours of 9AM to 5PM... but magical moments can happen at any time.
