I emailed through thier web site & told them the waiters in thier Orlando restaurants were giving people a hard time when presented with GC's that were paid for...and good for cash value. I know it didn't happen to me, personally, but I want them to get the problem straightened out so myself and others wouldn't have any more problems. Whether it will work or not who knows.
