Hey,

Just checking in, new member but a longtime reader. Disney Husband with a sometimes reluctant Disney Wife. (Yeah I know mostly of the time you hear the reverse) She is trooper and has yet to turn down a trip to the World but sometimes mentions it might be nice to go somewhere else. Hello Adventures by Disney!

We have been to WDW 6 times since we meet, we were married on property, took a cruise on the Wonder for four days for our extended honeymoon, and will be back in May for our one year anniversary.

Looking forward to adding to the discussion. Of all the sites out there the DISboards consistently had the nicer group and far more friendly members.

Glad to be here,

Rick

Welcome Just remember if your wife doesn't want to go to WDW, I believe there is someone out there that will go with you. Just tell her that and she might change her mind :lmao: . Of course you might be in the dog house for a month or two if you are still alive.

So far into south jersey you are below the mason dixon line, let me guess the superintendant drives a pick with a dog box in the back. :rotfl:
Do you get opening day of huntin' season off.....
j/k

The last few years visiting WDW we could get NJEA Convention, Election day and Veterans day off. The kids missed 2 days of school, we missed 3 days of work. Good deal for a weeks vacation, just as the weather starts getting cool.

Lots of pick-ups and we are below the Mason-Dixon line, but our superintendent is from up the road a bit. I think Ocean County or possibly north of there. The school district about 10 minutes away got the first day of hunting season off until just recently.:scared1: I still get kids that bring me in dried venison.:confused3

I spent my college years up your way. I went to TSC and when I was living off campus I lived in Lawrenceville.

I didn't go to Oakcrest, but I did live in Williamstown after I was married for about 5 years and my SIL grew up in Williamstown, in fact she is now the vice-principal of the middle school.

Welcome - I'm from Philly, born in Salem NJ and lived and went to school (many years ago) in Clayton & Williamstown & worked in Wildwood. I have family in Cherry Hill & Porchtown. My mom live a mile or so from 55 & 40 but now has returned to PA.
It's funny, I think of Cherry Hill as central NJ & Porchtown/Vineland as Southern NJ, especially since I rarely travel further North then Route 73. :rotfl:
