What would be a good bid to get that on Priceline? $194 is Priceline's choose your own hotel price. We went last March, mid march and stayed there...I don't remember what I bid...I know looking back at threads, I always pay more than everyone else...
What would be a good bid for a 3 star? My dates are Feb. 15th and 16th.
Even the 2 star hotels are SO MUCH! In Jan we tried for a room, granted it was the night before, but we tried eventually had to go to the Universal area and got a 2 star for like 35 or 40, I can't remember..

Well, $194 would be way too high for the Sheraton Safari- you could book direct for a lot less than that. Many people have been getting an internet special for this resort for $59 so I'd try in the upper $40's first ($48 or $49).
Also, be sure to visit the www.biddingfortravel.com boards, many people post their recent bids there and that should help w/ prices too.

I agree with Kilee. Check biddingfortravel.com and look at the Orlando Hotel list. Look at Disney World Vicinity and you'll see all the 3* properties listed. It seems as though many are receiving that hotel for about $45/night. Remember though-no guarantee you'll get that hotel--but I think any of the 3* hotels are pretty nice. Good luck bidding and have a great vacation!:cool1:

Thanks. I don't even know what other hotels people have gotten, I always get the Sheraton Safari at the 3* level. Have people recently received 3* for 45 a night??? For Feb? I couldnt get anything in Jan..but it was the night before I guess.
