So what is the current price in Canadian pesos for adult and child 5 day PHP passes? Should I scoot up to Ottawa and pay in Canadian before Friday or wait until we check in on Sunday?

Five day tickets through your travel agent are $405 for adults and $324 for children. The seven day ticket at buy one get the second price is a much better deal, but the days do expire. How long are you going to be at Disney?

We will not be spending enough time at WDW to get full use of the 7 day PHP deal. We want to do Universal (got the 3 day passes at par), maybe Bush gardens, etc.
We each have 1 day left from our last hopper passes so we are leaning towards the 5 day plus passes because they won't expire.

If I buy my tickets at the Ottawa Disney store, would I get the additional 10% off with my Disney Club card?

Hi John,

I just picked up 5 day park hopper plus tickets last week for my parents. There is a DC discount but I'm not sure what percentage it is. I can't remember the exact prices, I'll check tonight when I get home if you don't get an answer by then. I believe the total was around $1,020 CDN (Disney Club price) for 2 adults and 1 child. I think you are far better off to buy the tickets before you get to WDW as the Disney Store has not yet increased the prices to reflect the poor CDN dollar.

I think the discount on tickets is usually around 5% with the Disney card.

As of last Friday (December 7th), the prices of a 5 day PHP pass at the DS in the Scarborough Town Centre were; Adult - $361.22, Child - $288.97 in CDN Dollars.

If you converted these amounts to US Funds based on today's rate, it would be; Adult - $227.97 US and Child - $182.37 US.

If you wait and buy at WDW, you are going to pay Adult - $249.12 US and Child - $199.29 US. As you can see, you will be saving about $21.15 US ($32.62 CDN) on the Adult ticket and about $16.92 US ($26.10 CDN) on the Child ticket. Depending on the number of tickets you need, this amount could add up in a hurry.

North7, thanks very much for the info. Just got home from work about an hour ago. When I wake up this afternoon, I am taking a trip to Ottawa to buy the passes. I called the Disney Store last night and was quoted a price of 1011.48 for 2 adult and 1 child 5 day PHP passes.
