Firework viewing places out of the parks

Reading some trip reports a lot of people seem to view the fireworks from beaches or resorts etc. can anyone recommend a good viewing place outside of the parks.

were staying at boardwalk and you can see epsot fireworks from there, on balcony if your lucky enought to have one is great!

You get a great view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the beach at the Polynesian Resort. You can also view the Elextrical Water Pagent which passes by at 9ish each evening.

You can see Wishes (and the Electrical Water Pageant) from any of the MK Resort beaches (Grand Floridian, Poly, Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, Fort Wilderness).

You can get a limited view of both Wishes and IllumiNations from the BoardWalk area.

The problem is that neither is the same without the music. To my knowledge, the only places outside the parks you will get to hear the music are California Grill, Narcoossee's, 'Ohana and the Wishes cruise - it's piped in. I can't think of anywhere outside Epcot where the music is piped in.
