Making ressie New Years eve

My 11 month window for DCL is Dec 30th which is a Sunday. Since Member services isnt open on Sun I'll need to call on Mon Dec 31st. Will they be open on New Years Eve day? Please please please tell me YES. Or I need to wait till Jan 2nd.

I don't recall seeing any notice that MS would be closed on the 31st. I'd assume they'll be open, eager to accept your DCL reservation.

I have to call on January 2 for a 7 month switch (hopefully) from my home resort to another DVC home.

When I told the MS person that I would be calling then, I got a little chuckle from her and two short responses:

"Good luck"

and

"Be patient, it'll be a madhouse that day".


I hope December 31 will be a little kinder and gentler, but somehow, I kind of doubt it. :D
