Yes it is the origional.

you do know it will not play in a regular VCR sold in the states. You must have a multi format VCR or get it copied by a place that specializes in rerecording in a different format.

Yes Sha-lyn is correct but I forgot to add
that I did recieve the movie also dubbed
onto a VHS tape as well as the origional
on a PAL tape with all the packaging sealed
in shrink wrap.
